She’s a natural when it comes to style! Graduated at the Paul Mitchell School of Modesto in April of 2023 and licensed with the state of California in September of 2023 she’s now available to take appointments to wow you with her top notch work! Hello, it’s Jeneen (aka) Ursula Ann. That’s my middle name, a name sake of my Grandmother’s and my source of wisdom! I have 30 years of experience in the industry and have reinvented myself a few times along the way by adding further education to my career allowing me to offer a wide range of knowledge in several services I offer.
